I made my own birthday dinner, and really enjoyed doing it! Lamb Shanks cooked slowly in a red wine, chicken broth, beef broth, garlic, thyme, rosemary sauce with onions and carrots. Fresh steamed Asparagus, garlic mash potatoes, and a fresh salad and homemade blue cheese dressing.

I spelled Bleu Cheese wrong, darn it!!!

I often do the same thing with Bleu Cheese dressing...the "Juice"
